Eric, Thank you so much for your suggestion. If I am understanding you correctly, we can go into Maintain List of Accounting Funds and change the Fund Numbers of Funds which have been closed. For instance, change Fund #54 to CF54 (Closed Fund#54). So, all of the old data would be available for use i...
