Re: W2 Income Fields Not Printing
Thank you - just as I suspected. BTW exempt is sometimes used as payroll talk to mean a professional employee or contract employee who by law is exempt from the organization's collection of withholdings, i.e., FICA, SSI, etc.

W2 Income Fields Not Printing
When running a W2 for our pastor Blocks 1,3,and 5 do not print. Is that because in Setup/Item Descriptions the Tax Options is set to Non-taxable? Staff members W2's printed correctly; their Tax Options are set to Taxable. We selected the Non-taxable only because the pastor is an exempt employee.

Re: Check Numbers are recorded wrong.
When using computer checks, what you enter into PowerChurch Plus is the bill or invoice. When entering the bill there is a place for the reference number, this is for a reference number for the bill, you are not entering the check number at this point. Usually there will be a invoice number or some...

Correcting Bank Account Balance At Year End
We have been using PC+11 parallel to our legacy system for a part of CY2010. This way, PC+ has been our learning tool while keeping accurate accounts in the legacy system. Users, including myself, have made their share of errors which we tried to correct as we went along so at years end, the various...

I'm following up on the same topic question and answers as posted in April because I am :wall: and need to be sure I'm not compounding errors. Do I understand correctly that I can correct the beginning bank account balance without starting over? Our treasurer and I have been setting up PC11 based on...

Re: Pro or Cons of using 1 fund account for the whole church
I'm wondering what would be the pros and cons of using only 1 fund account for everything in the church. We currently have 16 fund accounts. I noticed that the sample chart of accounts has only 1 fund for everything. Apprecaite any input. Thanks, Mark I keep returning to the two responses posted an...

Chart of Accounts Entry for Honorariums
I’m new to PowerChurch 10 and I’m in the midst of setting up the chart of accounts. Question is, how do users handle payment to non-staff personnel such as a supply minister or a supply musician? If treated as a vendor, isn’t the “cost of personnel” history lost? “Contract” employees has become so c...
