The pop up messages read how many were sent and no errors. I didn't look at the report itself.

Several people don't get the newsletters emailed out each month. They are not bouncing and not in the spam folder at the other end. There are two Hotmail, one Cox media and one Yahoo. Many other people have the same provider with no problem. Please help. Thanks.

I have a family where there has been a divorce. She is still a member. He is not and has left the area. I changed his status to former member but he still shows up on the statement.

Would I delete his profile? Would this effect the envelope number that is now solely hers?

I have worked around the redundant shared family email listing by deleting the information on the children's profiles. I figure what a child's email address is should be on a "need to know" basis.
