It looks like others have requested PC to consider the add'l storage capabilities of assigned pgr #. I think the ability to store set #'s would be priceless as you assign a student a # that they keep for their entire childhood as long as they attend your church.

Is it possible to assign a permanent pager # in Checkin? I know that I found it listed on the wish list, but was unsure if that feature was added at any point in time?

What we do is have the parents show their parent tag and we match tags and release in that way. After our 1st service our team will go in and manually check them out. Whoever is doing the checkout selects their name as the person doing the check out...and voila...they are out and we are able to keep...

Ok...for some reason we did not receive this as an option. We established the event to be each evening of the given week. During that time, the only items that showed up were the Grade levels that they are normally part of as the given activity name vs event name.

I have struggled w/ this element as well. We have 2 services and presently we record their presence the day of, but not the specific service. The only hiccup we have is what to do when one of our kids stays through both services? So what we do is... I print a report during our 1st service w/ the kid...

We tried this for our Summer Kids event. Unfortunately, it did not work so well. We were able to check in as normal, but I never saw anything that verified you were checking them in for "MEGA Ministry Camp" vs 2nd Grade or whatever grade applied.

I would like to add...we have a pager system for our Nursery & Toddler Ministries. However, we do not have enough pagers. Our system allows for us to be able to attach a phone line to the system. However, even if we could use a phone connected pager system txt'ing cell phones... My question: Can it ...

I'm not sure I understand, are you both saying it's supposed to be that way? If we set up a "Mom & Dad" and they are listed in Check-in as "Mom & Dad" should Powerchurch default to married. As well, the kids should be listed as single, right?

Yes...but you have to go into each individual profile and change the status. In addition, the integrated status as well. It would be nice if the adults in the system had connection where it could be manually changed if needed but set to what you set the #1 or head of household.

I have noticed when I update an individual from Regular to Periodic or Member on their personal status that it, in no way, affects the Family Profile. Is it possible that the head of household update affect the family status. For example, if you update Dad's profile in the family and he is listed #1...

PC is there any update on this?
