Re: Equipment Inventory
You won't have to go through all those steps if you use the Delete button at the top of the screen, instead of the Delete Item button at the bottom. If I do that instead of using "delete item" won't I delete all of the items in that category? The category is audio/video and it has over 40 items in ...

Re: Equipment Inventory
We are a hosted client. I did finally get rid of the item by using the following approach:
Locate Item, highlight and click on delete item
Go to blank line where item was, highlight and click on delete item
Click on Save
If you try to do a next, I get asked if I want to save my changes.

Equipment Inventory
I am having difficulties deleting items in our inventory as they are sold or gotten rid of. I highlight the item, hit the delete button and do a save. When I go back up to look at the line where that item was it is blank. If I get out of PowerChurch and go back in the item is there as if I never del...

Deleting old Data
I would like to delete our accounting data for 2010. I understand that I need to make a back up prior to doing this in case I need that data in the future. My question is, we are a hosted client and don't know how to look at the old data without wiping out our current stuff. I suppose I could make a...

Year End Bank Reconcilliation
We have $414 more in our bank than is reflected in the software. (A good thing) Trying to find this is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Is there a year end adjusting entry I can make that will bring these accounts in sync without throwing something else off?

1099 Employees
This year, all of our employees are 1099 employees with the exception of our music/media director. That position is a w-2 position. We currently use a payroll service to deposit the appropriate payroll $$ in the appropriate accounts. In 2011, there is a possibility of all of our employees be on a 10...

Reconciling Bank Accounts
We have a checking account and a savings account. Does the reconcile just work for the checking account? It only asks for one month end balance and I have one for checking and one for savings.
