I have Online Version 12 We would like to be able to add a description to purchases that would allow us to search at a later date and find the item. For instance, we purchase a speaker and three years later would like to search for the speaker we bought. It seems to me the only way to do that now is...

When writing a check under Maintain Manual Checks there is a field for Memo. And in the lower screen of Accounts, there is a field for Line Description.

Are there any standard reports by which one can query those two fields? And/or can they be searched by a custom report?

In CC all the Powerchurch email addresses come into CC with quotation marks around the email. CC sees such as invalid emails and marks them as "error" and will not send.

Thoughts on what is going on?

I feel that the importing of PICS into profiles is one of the weakest points in PC. Yes file size is an issue and one needs to be careful to reduce the size down for import. But even then getting a small PIC into a profile takes a miracle. Getting to the file location is very --- extremely --- slow ...

Just as my spouse and kids show on my Home Page as beings family could we have Relationships show there also? I would like for my mother, father --- all to show there also if I define as such in Relationships.

OneBody cannot access the PICS of people already in PowerChurch Online? We have to do the work twice -- upload to PC and again to Onebody?
