He's right Sheilah. If you've got payroll setup correctly when you actually cut the check to the IRS you would credit the bank and debit the liability. See the document for Typical Payroll Setup on the website to make sure you're payroll is setup correctly.

You can export data into various formats including CSV. You can also export reports as well.
We don't have any reports aimed towards a specific domination, we've tried to create common reports that all churches can use.

It sounds like the file that holds your password may be damaged, removed by mistake, or something. I suggest contacting us here at technical support directly at (800) 486-1800. We'll able to assist you better that way.

That would require a custom report which can be very tricky. I suggest taking a look at the examples on the website and chapter 9 in the manual. Of course , we can create one here but that is an additional charge.

I checked and it doesn't look like it will be, but it does sound like a good idea. I've already forwarded that on to Program Development as a suggestion.

I've created a couple of custom reports like this for users and it's not really that hard since the grouping is minimal. Take a look at the chapter on custom reports in the manual and maybe look at some examples on the website. It might help!

If the middle four account numbers (major account numbers) are the same across your different funds, the program is designed to conslidate those accounts when you run any reports as conslidated. This is one thing that allows you to have one checking account for multiple funds. If the accounts should...

Due to the major structural changes and the programs are written using different languages this would require a data conversion performed by our Data Conversion Department. Please look at this link for more information: http://powerchurch.com/support/kb/kbvie ... icle_id=40

I understand your frustration. But if you do some research you will see that typically software doesn't have import features like this and would require a data conversion. Every program is designed differently and there would be no way to write a simple import for every possible import. I recently d...

BillG49 is right, that's probably the best way to get a report like that. There isn't a way to get custom report like that.
