Fund status
We have a fund in Power Church that we no longer use. Is there a way to change the status on that fund to 'inactive'? We are currently using Power Church 11.5.
Thanks!

Printing Error
When trying to print a budget report in Power Church version 9, the printer, an HP Color Laser Jet 3550, comes up with the following message - "PCL XL error, Subsystem: KERNEL, Error: ColorSpaceMismatch, Operator: VendorUnique, Position: 9". The computer is running XP Home. Any help would be appreci...

Backup question
Our church is using PowerChurch ver 9.0 on two computers, one of them offsite. We want to start doing payroll on one computer, and the rest of accounting on the other computer. Is there a way to do this and keep the accounting sychronized on both computers?
Thanks in advance

Cystal Reports
I posted a question awhile back about using Crystal Reports for custom reporting. I went ahead and downloaded and installed the ODBC driver for Visual Foxpro, however I didn't have any luck with the Version of Crystal Reports I was using (version 6). Will version 6 work, or do I need the most curren...

memo line
Jeff I appreciate your quick response, and I suspected there wasn't anything that could be done about the length of the vendor name. I am using a custom check layout, but I did not upgrade from version 8. My church just started using Power Church, and we started with version 9. Something I just disc...

Vendor Field Length / Check memo line
Is there anyway to increase the Vendor Name field length in the Vendor List? I have some vendor names that are longer than 30 characters. I am also having trouble getting anything to print on the check memo line when I print checks from PC plus version 9. It won't print any of the descriptions or th...

I would like to know if it is always necessary to have a vendor in the vendor list, prior to making a payment. We have some vendors that we will use only once, but still have to set them up in the list of vendors. After awhile that list will get rather large due to vendors we no longer use. Just hop...

Adding assests
My church recently purchased Powerchuch v. 9.0, with the intent of having it up and going by January 1. I went throught the initial Accounting setup entering begining balances for all our accounts, and discovered a couple weeks later I forgot to add some of our office equipment under assests. Is the...
