When you mention that you have a budget of $144,000 for the general fund, is there an account number associated with that? And what is the account for the contributions? If the two are the same account or accounts, then it should be showing. If they are different account numbers, that would be the ...

Are the Contributions Funds setup to properly credit/debit the checking and income accounts in Fund Accounting ??
