Releasing unused restricted monies
We have restricted monies from years past that was not used up...how can I release these back to the general fund? My attempt at this was to go into "enter transaction" and just hit release restricted funds, choose the resricted fund to release from and enter the amount of the balance in that acct. ...

Correcting ck using restricted money
I need to correct a transaction from MAY where I wrote a check using restricted money. The problem, for once, does not involve the releasing of restricted monies, I just used the wrong expense account. The problem is that I used an "equity" account # rather than an "expense" account #. Can I reverse...

Re: Refund a Contribution
Thank you for the response. May I ask you, so I do not do the same again (although it does seem highly unlikely to have this particular situation pop up again), when I reversed the contribution in the contribution module did it pull that amount out of the temporarily restricted acct so I did not ne...

Refund a Contribution
I need to refund a contribution that was made in March. Need help with the transaction. I need to make sure the contribution does not show on their statement so I figured I would do a contribution to the negative on the same date w/same check so as to cancel it out. Now I have to write a check to t...

Re: Pay Roll Ck Stub-Printing and ck#
Thanks for the info...I will do that next pay period! Now about the check number showing up on the stubs, is there a way to make that happen?

Pay Roll Ck Stub-Printing and ck#
I upgraded to PCP v.11 just last week. When entering payroll I selected maunal check and entered the check #'s. To process payroll I had to select "print payroll stub." I do not necessarily want to print stubs, is there a way to NOT print stubs? Also when I did print the stub I noticed the check nu...
