Tax receipting an interest payment
We have issued interest cheques for member loans to the church, and this interest has been signed back to the church as a contribution. Basically the cheque is never cashed. How can I get this amount to show up on contribution statements. Is there a way?

Fund Balance and Balance Sheet
We have been manually preparing a balance sheet each year, and I would like to start using the Powerchurch balance sheet report, but when I print it out I get a fund balance that doesn't make sense. I checked the beginning balance for the fund balance account and it is at 458,000 and I don't know wh...

I understand your problem and it may be able to be worked around in the program. I do not have a projected date for the update at this time. In the interim, you sound savvy and may be able to undertake this. As checks may not need to be printed every day, is dual boot an option? I didn't think abou...

Open the PowerChurch V9 manual to page 26. The Note: under Setting up your tractor printer paper size. Note: Due to differences in defining a custom paper size, tractor printing is not suppored in PowerChurch Plus on a Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows XP or later operating systems. I saw that. S...

Ok so I asked someone at the church to take a look. We did change the default printer from HPDeskjet 520 to Panasonic FP-D350 (the copier). When we change it back we still get the initial error the first time we run a report, but instead of crashing it allows us to try to run the report again, and i...

Did you call Tech Support for a response? Don't I have to pay for phone support? The computer it runs on is not connected to the internet, so there is no spyware. It is running AVG antivirus v7. We have other installations of powerchurch plus that also have avg and they are working fine. I had a co...

Error and program crash when running reports in v9
On our main installation (win98 machine) we can no longer view reports. I have completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and added the latest maintenance release. I am hoping that I can avoid reinstalling windows to get it to work again. I can choose any report, it will give me the report options, but in...

2004 and 2005 on same report
Yes that does do it. Although there are columns there that I don't need. I would like to have it in the income expense report as an option. Having an option to include next years budget would be handy for me at this time of year.
