Re: Payroll Check Stub has incorrect YTD amounts
Thanks for the prompt response, Neil. I believe that I did install the latest release some time ago, but I will check again to see if there is another more recent release.

Payroll Check Stub has incorrect YTD amounts
Our church is currently using payroll checks that have the check to the top and two stubs at the bottom. My desire is to give the employees the check and a stub which shows the YTD total. The first payroll checks for 2011 are to be issues this week, but for some reason the YTD total is including amo...

Christmas Bonus Payment through payroll module
Hi, Good day. I am now learning to use PCP and currently using version 10, although I have version 11, which I will install once I am done with some adjustments I am working on. Our Board has recently approved a 1-week salary bonus for employees and I am wondering if there is a way I can process it ...

Re: Fund Accounting Reports for 2010
Thanks so much for the prompt response. I have a number of entries to post in various months before getting into the 18-month range and was hoping I could bypass doing that for the moment, but I guess not. Thanks again.

Fund Accounting Reports for 2010
Hi, can you tell me how I might be able to extend the number of months available for me to run reports in Fund Accounting? Because of some clean up work that I am doing configuring and correcting a system that I inherited, I have Jan 2008 open (as the accounting month), but I want to run the income ...

Re: How do I merge two accounting modules?
Hi Neil, Thanks for the prompt reply. I will definitely try this suggestion. I am planning to network the system as you suggested so that the application can be accessed at different client terminals instead of the standalone set-up that doesn't allow the modules to 'talk' to each other. I just want...

How do I merge two accounting modules?
I recently took over from the former treasurer and noticed that my church has PCP on two separate computers. Both are version 10.4 but I have verion 11, which has not yet been installed. One computer A has the fund balances for a prior year that I would like to bring forward into another year. Howev...
