Thanks for the advice. I just ran the DOS command described in the knowledge base article and no change. The Windows profile was created (and is currently) as an administrator, if that makes any difference. Any other suggestions?

Different Credentials Required in Windows XP - PC+ 11
We have created a new user profile in Windows XP and wish to run PowerChurch Plus 11 out of the new profile in addition to the previous profile.
