I just figured it out. 2 yrs ago I had the same problem in that the checkbox dealing with Authorization giving it permission to send out the mailing on our behalf was not checked. Why it isn't who knows.

I entered CODE; SELECT ALL
and it gave me a verb error. I then only put in the USE CO, ........ and it was successful. What's with the CODE; SELECT ALL?

But, to get Name labels and small Bag labels I'd need to buy either two different printers OR using our Dymo 450 Twin Turbo with its two built in heads.
