If you still have access to your old installation, do a backup of just the membership files. It's an option on the backup dialog. Then, in your new installation, restore your membership backup. You'll get membership data, but no accounting or contribution information. Should be good to go. If you d...

Now ... don't forget to assign these funds to the Funds in Contributions. In this way, when you post your contributions to Funds Accounting in the future, they will post to the correct income accounts. The default chart of accounts doesn't have a detail income account, only a Group heading. Go to Fund Accounting, ADD Detail, Income 4100-000 General tithes Level 4 next, next, attach it to 01 Fund closes to 01-3110-000 Then, your transaction will have these components: DB 01-1110-000 checking CR 01...

I was begining to enter our bank deposits I chose the following: Enter transactions Typed a Ref: Trans Desc: Clicked Amount and 01-1110-000 pre-populated with Gen Fund under the account name. Under Debit I enter the amount of the Bank Deposit I went to the next line and pressed F2 and locate account...

Yes, you can enter all of that information. Are you sure that is what you want to do? If you have the information in Quickbooks, you can always use that to look up historic information. I don't know if your talking entering 100 transactions or 1000 transactions, so maybe it will not be a big deal. ...

Hello, Everytime we open PC we get a pop message that there is an update. We choose to download the update and the window shows something being downloaded but the PC Update Downloader Window Remains Open. The indicator shows green straight accross as if it is completed but never closes .... your tho...
