I have not closed period 2 as I am waiting for the Parish to agree to the numbers. Can I go ahead and enter transactions for period 3 or do I have to wait until period 2 is closed?

I meant to backup only Accounting files, but I backed up All files from my home computer. The church computer used this backup disk and it wiped out all church data, leaving only Accounting data. Any way to go back in time before this restore? Please help!
