eMailed Contributions Statement Report

When emailing statements and the output "Send To Disk File" was checked, what and where is the file? Our statements were emailed but there was no report of who received them, so I suspect that the above was selected. Using Version 11.55.

Check reader...

always defaults to last fund number used for current contributor. Tab/enter will bypass fund field. Any way to make fund number as next tab/enter stop?

DATA folder files, which version of PC+?

We have backups of DATA folder going back to 2004. These were created with Windows copy command. Is there a way to tell which version of PC+ they belong to? We are setting up an offline PC for archive purposes with different version of PC+ on it.

Bar code for contributions statement

We're using window envelopes to mail out contribution statements. Is there any way to get the Postal Barcode printed in the address?

Re: January 26, 2014

Perhaps it is not in regulations. Letter received from USPO maybe just guidelines. Will try to include here a JPG files of the letter part I saved. Seems that I don't understand how to insert an image file here. Here is the text: Automated mail processing machines read addresses on m.ailpieces from ...

January 26, 2014

Appears new regulation effective 1-26-2014 state that: Address: ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, no punctuations, one space between city and state, two spaces between state and ZIP code. We're considering your Mailroom add on. The names in our database are not all caps. Will Mailroom convert all address items t...

Update profile via Command Processor

Old timee retired (20 yrs ago) programmer (Asm, Cobol etc) trying to automate PC11. Don't know much about SQL or VFP (have operational VFP 6.0). Need to read CO.DBF file sequentially and update ME.DBF with data from CO.DBF.
Can this be accomplished via the Command Processor?

Re: Worship attendance 350,000 records!

Ok. It's been years since I looked at this and perhaps it was even another accounting program. What would happen if I delete all the "ABSENT" records from the ATDATA file?

Worship attendance 350,000 records!

I don't know where this change occurred, but when someone was not present, no record was created. Now we have these neverending "NOT PRESENT" lists. Is there a ways to enter only "PRESENT" codes for persons attending and leave the rest without a record? It was easy to see someone's attendance when o...
