Re: Email Contribution Reports
I am having the same problem with emailing contribution statements. Microsoft has changed the email log in and they now require 2 factor authentication. It doesn't appear that PC is set up to satisfy this. I'm using the online version. I get the same error as stated in previous comments. I am using ...

Re: Selected Contributors Report
Thanks, I'm using the online version of PC. After some more research, I realized my problem. If you have a family with the same envelope number for each person but each family member assigned a different personnel status, then when you run a selected contributor report selecting a particular personn...

Selected Contributors Report
The Selected Contributors report does not appear to be correctly using the selection for personnel status to select the records reported. As example, I ran one report with Member status selected and then another report with everyone except members selected and I get almost the same report. Also ran ...

Editing a Check Amount
In PC14, when you edit a check amount, it does not ask if you want to modify the accounting information. In the previous version if you changed the check amount, it would ask if you wanted to modify the accounting information shown, if selected it would automatically change the debit and credit amou...

Date Selection in Accounts Payable & Contributions
Couple of items appear to be missing or not working in PC 14. 1} When posting accounts payable, it used to ask if you wanted to post to date on transaction or current month. Now this is not available, you can change the posting month once it gets in fund accounting but that can be time consuming if ...

Integration with Tithe.ly
I'm interested in anyone that is using Tithe.ly for online giving and interfacing that with contributions in PC. I've been using Vanco and I'm familiar with how well that interfaces with PC. Is there a similar interface with a one step download for Tithe.ly? If you have to use a .csv file to make th...

Re: the New payroll tax executive order
OK, think I understand. You are saying to continue withholding, send in the payments as we normally would. Then if the withholding for Sept. through end of the year is somehow forgiven later, the employee would get the refund when they filed their tax return in 2021 for 2020. I was like you, I don't...

Re: the New payroll tax executive order
Neal, I'm not sure I fully understand your answer. You are saying that if we continue to take out the employee part of FICA withholding, we should send that in now or wait until end of the year? If we suspend the employee FICA withholding, which gives employees more in take home pay each month, then...

Re: the New payroll tax executive order
It’s my understanding that the President has stated that he intends to forgive the suspended withholding pending outcome of election. Was looking for way that employees would not be liable for large payment later.

Re: the New payroll tax executive order
I don't disagree with continuing withholding. However, if the decision is to forgive the suspended withholding, the employees would rightfully expect to get the funds that were withheld. Do you think the IRS would return the withholding that is ultimately forgiven so it could be given to employees? ...
