Hi Cindy, You have two digits alpha/numeric to work with. You could designated and report that 80-99 are closed funds (i.e., closed F54 becomes F99) and or W1-ZZ - but you don't have four fields to work with so you can't include CF plus the fund number in that field. You can however include "closed"...

Hello, I've not attempted to build a custom report for fund balances, but have employed a workaround that may help you. As you know, PC+ does not allow us to "jump" fund numbers in a report (i.e., include F01, F10, and F50 and exclude F02, F09 and F49 in a fund balance report). But, the system does ...
