Thank you Tracy. But what do you mean by "MR"? I take it to mean some kind of a reader. Our system usually does a reindexing after each posting and closing out of the program or when we backup or restore information. That is done weekly. Thank you agian. I llok forward to your reply. DL

Why does the check reader bring up someone elses name when reading the check for a contribution. For example, a check is submitted to the check reader with the bank account number of the person but another person with the same last name but a different bank and bank account number comes up instead. ...
