When looking at attendance via "Maintain profiles," sometimes but not always, the current date (today's date)with an "absence" status is automatically entered. Why is this happening? When I'm using the fast data entry to enter new attendance, there are duplicate names on the list. I enter on only one of the duplicate names and when I look at the attendance record in the person's profile, there are duplicate dates there. One will be "present" and the other "absent".
