Profile Age Ranges
Is there anyway to change the Profile Age Ranges report? That would be great if we could set the age range to go along with our classes, such as 19 - 29, 30 - 39, etc. I know we can divide the classes by putting the birthdays in on Selected Names report, but listing all the age range counts on one p...

Re: payroll
You can log on to the Illinois Department of Revenue website and download an IL-700-T booklet.

Re: Question on 941 tax calculations
You might try and look for the amount of the difference of Social Security and Medicare if you haven't already done so. Your 941 is showing $323.76 more being taxed by SS and Med than what your report is showing. If you have about 13 weeks in the quarter, then it would be close to $25 a week that is...

Re: Question on 941 tax calculations
You might check and see if one of your employees are marked as tax exempt under the Mainain Item Descriptions. Does any of the employees receive housing that has been marked as taxable? We had trouble a few years ago with our payroll and it had to do with this. Hope this helps.

Re: Picture I.D on Nametags
When a parent has a child or children that are attending Sunday school or Children's Church, they will walk back to our Children's wing to our counter. Our counter blocks off our children's wing from the rest of the church. It has two doors at opposite ends. One for going in and one for coming out. ...

Re: Picture I.D on Nametags
We currently have the picture on the child's name tag and when the parent check out the child it also prints out on the check-out paper so the child volunteer looking for that child has a picture to help him find them. With multiple children, you would check them out all at once and it would print 3...

Re: Picture I.D on Nametags
Our church would love to see picture nametags also. We are currently using Parent Pager for our children's check-in, but it has been a hassle to keep up both databases with addresses, etc. We would love for PowerChurch to be able to take over our Parent Pager check-in. I really think that the pictur...

Re: Deleted Contributions
There is more to the story. We had someone delete one of our deceased members and accidently deleted his wife also. I think they may have been in the Integrated Data Entry instead of the Personal Profiles. I'm not sure what happened. We are networked to a server so I restored a backup of powerchurch...

Deleting attendance data
I was running an attendance report today and noticed that someone has entered a random date in the attendance and has marked everyone absent on that date. Is there anyway to delete an entire date of attendees.

Is there a way to transfer the amounts from #99999 to the original envelope number that they came from before they were deleted. I was wondering if I could enter a negative contribution amount under envelope 99999 and enter a positive amount on the original envelope number? Can I start at January of...

Re: Error 2061
We are having the same trouble on one of our computers on our network with this 2061 error message. We are running Powerchurch off of a server and only one computer is giving us this error. Do we need to install the last years maintenance release or wait until the next one is released?

Re: Custom Report
I'm not sure this is what you want, but when we send out a mass mailing, I want to see how many families are in each zip code so I can double check by count. I click on pick output type and then click on Detail Summary Report and hit edit and sort it by City, State, Zip. It prints a report that I ca...

Re: Wishlist for Version 11
I would like to see the City name added on the bottom screen of Maintain List of Attenders. It only lists the street address at this time. For example, we may have 3 John Smiths from 3 different cities and may not know which John to add to a certain event. We may be able to rule some out by their ci...
