Light bulb! Okay, I have been creating the invoices. But, not the payments made! From here I need to go back and apply those payments to every invoice and everything should match up....correct? If that's the case, then I think I can handle it from here! Thank you so much!

Okay, let me clarify quickly. The funds ARE showing up in the AR unposted transactions even though I have posted several times. The funds ARE NOT showing up as unposted transactions in fund accounting. It's as if they don't exist in fund accounting.

Yes, they're all there. But, they are not showing up in fund accounting. So, the balance of my main operating account is off significantly. So, my question is how do I get those funds to show up in my fund accounting reports? I've posted several times and they're still showing up as unposted in AR.

For some reason in between posting to accounts receivable and fund accounting, I lose the $. It's still showing up in accounts receivable, I just can't seem to find it in my fund accounting. It's not even showing up in my posting report. I've gone back through the manual step by step and can't seem ...

I'm trying to reconcile 2005. Okay, back in August of 2005 I had transferred a balance incorrectly and then went back to reallocate it. The problem now is that it's showing up as two deposits. Do I now need to go in and reverse the transactions so it clears them both up? Any help would be greatly ap...

I'm trying to reconcile 2005 and have several double voids on my deposit list and some triple void entries? What is going on and how do I fix it? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Okay...I guess I spoke to soon. I went into File-preferences-accounting setup. There is no Start accounting over anywhere. I have the 8.5 version, do I need to upgrade to the version 9 before Jan. 1 to be able to do this? Thanks again for your help!

We are in the process of changing the name of our church. I would like to change everything over to the new name, but under a brand new set of books. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? The person who originally set up our accounts is no longer here and I would love to simplify them as much...
