Thank you all for your information. I found the "reverse" function. It appears (from my experience) that "Reverse" will create a negative (-) transaction that needs to be reposted. After that the correct information needs to be entered and posted. I hope that I didn't mess up the accounting module b...

I inadvertently assigned a contribution to the wrong fund and posted the contribution. Is there a way of changing a posted contribution?

We are new to PowerChurch Online and still in the trial period. Has this happened before? i.e. not being able to access the software for a whole day?

That's what I thought, but that doesn't seem to work either. I just get blanks. I even attempted a report with both those fields, the visit area gives me the two character code but the visit area description is blank.

I am setting up PowerChurch Online and have used the "Visit Area" field to assign the members to different visiting sections which I named "Section 1", Section 2" etc. When I create and run a custom report the visit area names that I created are not shown, only some kind of two letter generic code (...
