It is set up as Level 5 - which our checking account is too. I'm at a loss ... I just tested this on my test system. Created a manual check 01-1110-000 Checking CR 100.00 01-1251-000 Petty Cash DB 100.00 posted in AR,then posted in FA, shows up in account activity tab in the Chart of Accounts, and ...

Now that's weird .. because EVERY account should show up in that list, doesn't matter if its an Asset or Expense. Do you see the other accounts? Yes. There are several accounts, but not every account is listed. OK .. what 'reporting' level is the account set up as ? It is set up as Level 5 - which ...

Yeah I’m gonna get some sleep. It’s almost 0530 and I’m not at the church anyways. Thanks for the help so far. I’ll stop by the church tomorrow after work around 2200.

In your last post you said to DB Checking and CR Petty Cash. The past post you said to DB Petty Cash and CR checking.

I see the check in AP. I even see the check under Posted Transactions. When I am on thenreconsile screen the amount just shows 0.00. Everywhere else shows the correct amount.

I am trying to show the check (through AP) for the cash. The cash has not been deposited yet so I haven’t done that transaction. I did it as a manual check as you said to.

It doesn’t. When I clear the item, the bottom amount doesn’t change at all.

Out of curiosity, how often does Powerchurch release a new version (i.e version 12, 13, etc..). It is annually or just as needed?
