Re: Creating Email Directory

Thank you for all your help in the past. I have two new questions: I'm confused about the use of having the email address on the Integrated Form. I don't understand the need for it? When I ran an Email Directory for our church all I got were email in the Person Profile Form. None of the Integrated ...

Re: Delta Dental Rebates

How do I show a tax credit on pastor's payroll check that will reflect a tax credit that Delta Dental is giving due to Covid? They have reduced the amount that I need to pay for October 2020 by $76.08 and state that I should give a tax credit. Now sure how to do that? Sherri, PUMC I'm not sure the ...

Re: Automatic Transfers from Contributions

We have money being allocated to a specific income line, but I cannot locate it in the "Automatic Transfers" area of the Contribution Funds setup. Where could I find how the amount is being determined? I have an idea that it is coming from out tithes & offerings, but I don't know with absolute assu...

Re: Account Activity Report

I am hoping someone can help me understand an Activity Report. We have a committee that has a $250 budget for the fiscal year. The starting balance always reads -0-, whether they have debits or credits. My understanding of a starting balance would be that it starts at $250; debits subtract, credits...

Re: Incorrect amount imput to donor

Last week when the contributions were input the amount for one donor was input as the wrong amount. Instead of adding $60.00 for the donor on contributions it was input as $160.00. So now my General Fund is showing $100.00 too much and what the bank said was deposited is $100 less than what is in P...

I think doing a run of payroll will be easier for me to do.
Being in Canada, none of the tax modules in Powerchurch do anything for us anyways.
Urp ... I never pick up on that :)

Re: Payroll Data Issues

What if I post the void transactions to payroll module only? I mean the original transactions were posted that way so it should just cancel each other out in the payroll module, and nothing would need to be edited in Fund Accounting. That would work, but then you're have to completely run payroll f...

Re: Contribution posting options

Neil - I have done the Fund Acctg setup and have dr and cr accounts for all Contr Funds used. However, I am trying to post to Fund Accounting the contributions that were previously only posted to the contribution module. When I did a test contribution in the current month, it rolled up to Fund Acct...

Re: Contribution posting options

Our church is trying to start using Fund Accounting after just using Contributions module. The Contributions Setup shows Post Contributions to: UPDATE FUND ACCCOUNTING. However, when I use the Contributions module to key and post a contribution, the only posting option is POST TO CONTRIBUTIONS MODU...

Re: Payroll Data Issues

<snip> Would the following work to rectify the situation: In the cheque history, there is a button that would allow me to void these transactions, so could I just void all these transactions and redo all the payroll and ensure it posts to fund accounting? Thanks for the help This would work, I'm as...

Re: Payroll Data Issues

Hi, sorry to dig up this old thread. I just had this situation happen as well. Another person processed multiple payroll runs (Aug 1-15, Aug 16-30, Aug 1-30, Sept. 1-15) earlier this week, and they are nowhere to be found. Not in Fund Accounting, either posted or unposted, not in unposted payroll. ...

Re: Integration with Tithe.ly

I'm interested in anyone that is using Tithe.ly for online giving and interfacing that with contributions in PC. I've been using Vanco and I'm familiar with how well that interfaces with PC. Is there a similar interface with a one step download for Tithe.ly? If you have to use a .csv file to make t...

Re: Refund to Giver that gave thru Vanco

Thank you for your reply. I also contact Vanco. They walk me thru the process of refunding the member. All I have to do is import the the transaction once the refund is completed. Make everything easier. Thank you again I had not realized that you didn't contact Vanco ... that is always the first t...
