Re: Reversing Designations
Hi Neil, Thanks for your reply. I am using 11.5 and I have downloaded the latest release. I have reversed the entry in the reviewing posted transactions screen. Then I brought up the review unposted transactions and deleted the transaction. When I bring up posted transactions the item is still there...

Reversing Designations
Hi, I know I can reverse posted contributions by entering a minus amount and all of the other similar information. When I do that and I run the designations report, I still see the origional posted amount. Anyway to eliminate that from the report? Will that show when I prepare the year end tax summa...

Re: Retrieve Tagged Contributors
I'm looking for a report that will filter those who donated for a specific purpose. One of our missionaries has a number of supporters who wish to donate specifically to his mission. Currently, all those donations are categorized as "missions" and lumped in PC with all other missions and mission do...

Fund Number Default
My church uses a check reader to gleen most of the contribution data. The check reader refects the full name of the contributor as well as the check number. It also populates the donation amount and fund number of the contribution with the same donation amount and fund number that was used and recor...

Directory Family Name
I'm preparing a directory of all member families. One of the households consists of Christian band members. They wish to be displayed in the directory printout first under the band name, say The Smith Band" and then individually under their given names. So rather than the directory looking like this...

Re: Cannot Change Default Addresses
Thank so much Tom. It worked like a charm. Maybe now I can sleep a little better.
Thanks again,

Cannot Change Default Addresses
When I add a new family or person, the same city and state and zip (which I do not recognize) always populate, regardless of the families or profiles added. I have been all through "preferences, but can't seem to find a way to change these defaults. Can you help? I am using Windows 7 64 bit and Powe...

Pastor in Directory
I am preparing a directory in the classic style including active and inactive member families. It will include a photo of each family that agrees to be photographed. The pastor and his family naturally are active members of the church and as such are included. I am looking for a way to make the past...

Re: DIRECTORY
ok, I have a related question that you touched on. My printer (HP a410c) does print on both sides. However, as far as I know, it does so when copying from the glass. I don't see a way to print both sides and in booklet form when sending a directory from my computer. Any ideas? Have you run into this...

Delete Tagged Profiles
I'd like to purge those members who have not either attented or given during the recent two years. I know that I can scroll membership profile and delete them one by one, but I have not found a way to delete profiles more quickly by say tagging them and then deleting all tagged profiles.
Any ideas?
