income and expense report
I have a contribution from November 2018 that was posted in the wrong fund. I reversed the contribution and input the correct fund. Why doesn't the income and expense report show this?

Re: contributions double posted
I wasn’t the treasurer at the time so I don’t know if they were posted to Funds accounting multiple times.
I’m assuming not because as you said, if it were, it would have been caught during reconciliation.

contributions double posted
Hi,
last year in October, many of our contributions were posted twice, sometimes three times, I don't know how or why.
If I simply reverse the extraneous contributions, do I need to do anything else?

So, we have a financial secretary, who is not me and is also new to the position, that enters bill payments and requisitions, and prints the checks. We have a number of checks that were...

Re: closing months, old posted transactions
About the unreconciled transactions, were they checks, deposits, something of that sort that never showed up on the Bank Statement so they could be cleared out? If they were checks just not cleared, should be able to REVERSE them. The system will create the proper transaction, then when you post th...

closing months, old posted transactions
I have just started using this software for the first time, and I know nothing about accounting. It seems to me that there is a bit of a mess left behind for me to deal with. We are using PCP11.55, and will probably be upgrading to PCP12 soon, but it can't come soon enough. From reading some of this...
