There have not been any documents published since version 8.5 to map out the data structure. In version 8.5, the important tables in Fund Accounting were: FAACCTS - Stores the 9 digit account numbers FAMSTR - Stores posted transactions FAPRIOR - Stores unreconciled transactions from the prior year F...

When running the Payroll reports, what parameters are you using (date, item number, employee number, etc) that may be limiting the results? As an example, if the corrected check was issued with a later date than the original, 12/14/2007 vs. 11/12/2007, then running a payroll report for 11/12/2007 wo...

This is a very tall order and difficult to achieve. It has been asked of the Custom Reports department here, but I don't think it was possible or affordable. Due to the original query, selecting only those who were absent over the last two weeks, you then don't have access to any of the other weeks ...

Unfortunately, you aren't able to delete accounts that have balances or transactions history. Also, you can not move an account to a different fund. The solution to a problem such as this is to either mark an account inactive, which will keep it from being posted to and remove it from most reports, ...

When building expressions in Custom Reports, I use the "Verify" button as frequently as possible. This allows you to fix any syntax errors when they happen, rather than finding out when the report is trashed by them later. There are ways, using the Database Manager, to modify a report that has "gone...

There was a change made in the latest Maintenance Release of versions 9 and 10 that will keep a specific posting problem from happening. We found that in some instances, a transaction in Fund Accounting would not show any debits or credits. We have been able to trace it back to a problem in Accounts...

If you only want family information on the label, you would need to print labels from Family Mailing List, rather than Personal Profiles or Activities & Skills. In this case, you would need a field or a code on the family record to designate that it is a family with children, so that you can select ...
