I have run the mr several times, but when I check the program date in PC+, it still shows 9/21/2011. Have you heard of anyone else having that problem? When I have PC+ check for updates, it tells me I have the latest version.

However, the one drawback to this that I see and the reason I don't use it is that on reports it doesn't give you a true picture of how much actually came in as tithes (or whatever you're transferring it from). For example, if you had $100 come in for tithes in the genera...

A clue would be to run a consolidated balance sheet. If it balances, then it's likely that what John said is correct since this report accounts for all funds. If it's still off, then it is possible it was set up incorrectly. Is there any way of telling if they checked for balance when they set it up?

I've opened it both ways with the same results. I don't have any current needs, but I was just curious to see how it looked in case I ever needed to use it.

In a user's profile under the System Utilities tab you can uncheck the backup box (if it was checked) to prevent a user from doing a backup.
