Have I clarified what I was asking ?? Thanks, Certainly :D That is something that will have to be a suggestion. You can also make the suggestion, because if an option is suggested and wanted then it will make the decision easier to include it. So although I am going to make the suggestion, if you w...

A selected restore would work fine. It would probably be better for you to list what specific information you are trying to keep and we can try and match up a list of files you need to restore. The other alternative would be to restore the whole backup and then delete old data under the modules you ...

You may want to consider using a custom report. You can create a tailor reports to your needs. There are examples or walkthrus of creating reports here and also some in the manual. We also have a custom report service here that can create custom reports. If you would like to go this route you can fa...

As someone who also works on customer data, I have 15-20 installations of PowerChurch on my machine and it causes no problems. When you close the Fund Accounting year all data from the previous fund accounting year is lost except unreconciled transaction at year end. The only way to view that inform...

To start from scratch you would have to go to Contributions and delete old data. Once you have deleted old data you can go back to Membership and Personal profiles and remove the envelope number from everyone and reassign as you please. Make a backup before doing this method. Ok, now I see what you are talking about. The only way currently to get that is to run seperate reports for different dates, and you can limit the date on the report options screen and just run it for one particular date.

Your suggestion will be noted though as it sounds like a good suggestion

Those options are also available in version 8.

The only way you could turn off the pledge would be to change the dates to make it inactive. Alternativly, once a Contribution is posted you can go to Contributions-->view Posted Contributions, find that person, then find that Contributions and click change. There it will give you the option of unap...
