Re: Calculating Sums of columns
I just changed one of my budgets to include cents, we normally just budget in whole dollars. The custom report referenced in previous post also does not print out the cents for the annual budget column. So, the only column that calculates the totals to include cents is the first one listed, the othe...

Calculating Sums of columns
I have a report that gives the expenses for current month, YTD totals and Annual Budget sorted by sub account number. At the end of each subaccount it calculates the total for each of these columns. However, for the YTD totals it doesn't print out the cents, example $200.77 will print as $200.00. It...

Sorry, I have been out of touch for the last couple of weeks. I sent the data set that you requested in a separate email and was wondering if you were able to recreate this problem. Thanks for your support.

Vanco Account Setup
The change to allow multiple Vanco accounts to be used is a great improvement. We have 3 different Vanco accounts that record payments from different sources. When you go to the setup screen to record the log on credentials for the different accounts, you can enter a contribution type, along with th...

Credit Card Reversals not Posting Correctly
I use PC 11.5 with Vanco to import credit card transactions. In the previous week, due to processing errors on Vanco's part a few credit card transactions were duplicated. Vanco refunded these extra credit card charges on the same day, which shows up as a withdrawal to the church bank account on Van...

Re: Version 11.5 - 02/24/2016 Maintenance Release
Thanks so much for this Maintenance Release. The ability to include more than one VANCO account is exactly what I needed. This allows us to import all our VANCO accounts and prevents duplicate entries that we have had in the past. You guys are the very best in customer support.

Re: Vanco Import Process for Two Accounts
Powerchurch: Do you think that setting up the Import from Vanco with two Vanco accounts is going to be possible? I would really like to start using this option because it protects against duplicate entries but right now I can only enter one of my accounts. Vanco will send you two sets of credentials...

Text Color on Bank Reconcile
The last maintenance release for 11.5 changed the highlighted text colors on bank reconcile to white letters on light blue background. For me, the white letters are not easy to see on light blue background, maybe because of color deficient vision. Would like to have black text on the light blue back...

Payroll-Maintain List of Employees
I downloaded the last maintenance release for PC 11.5 and have reindexed all the files. When I go under Payroll and Maintain List of Employees, I get an error message that reads: "OLE error. code 0x80040154 class not registered. OLE object is being ignored. Record number 89". Also if I go to Process...

Re: Vanco Import Process for Two Accounts
Thanks, I did talk to PC when the Vanco change first came out and they are aware that you can have two Vanco accounts. I think they are working on a way to enter both accounts so you don't have to change the log in information each time you want to import. Changing the log in information for each ac...

Re: Sales of Christmas Poinsettias
In order to handle money received for any type of purchase, flowers, books, meals, etc. where the person is receiving something for his contribution. I created a separate accounting fund, I call it "Reimbursed Fund" . Set it up like any accounting fund with it's own chart of accounts. I do assign a ...
