We were also using VANCO for ACH payroll payments only. Charging us $8.75 per month for 5 transactions. Our bank wants at least $50 to do the same. Has anyone found a cheaper solution?

Must have been a problem with my Mac. Upgraded Mac to 10.11 and had the same issue. Wiped my system, did a fresh install of 10.10 and the new version works fine. Now waiting to upgrade to 10.11 on this machine as I found out the hard way that NEAT software is not 10.11 compatible yet.

Called PC this morning. They downgraded me back to the previous version while they look for a solution. New version was tested on 10.10, but not working for me.

In the previous version I could change my default printer in PC Online. Now with the new IDS client I don't see a way to do it. I would like everything to go to a pdf instead of directly to my printer.

Since upgrading to 11.5 this morning I have to wait between 15 and 30 seconds for screens to open. After posting my deposit I ran the FUNDS REPORT (Unposted Transactions) Any deposit with a designation shows up twice in the report. It appears that the Mac IDS Client does not work with Lion. I click connect and after about 2 seconds it just closes. I have sent an email to support to see how long it will be until there is a fix.

The lack of basic reporting features is really starting to get frustrating. Thanks for the response, I'l make the recommendation
