Our bank doesn't take CSV or NACHA files. So, we need to use a third party vendor if we are going to use direct deposit with our current bank. We were also using VANCO for ACH payroll payments only. Charging us $8.75 per month for 5 transactions. Our bank wants at least $50 to do the same. Has anyone found a cheaper solution?

Must have been a problem with my Mac. Upgraded Mac to 10.11 and had the same issue. Wiped my system, did a fresh install of 10.10 and the new version works fine. Now waiting to upgrade to 10.11 on this machine as I found out the hard way that NEAT software is not 10.11 compatible yet.

Called PC this morning. They downgraded me back to the previous version while they look for a solution. New version was tested on 10.10, but not working for me.

I have installed the new Mac client on my Laptop with El Capitan 10.11. Seems to work great, HOWEVER, I am getting this error message on my desktop after installing the new client . I have Yosemite installed on this machine. Check with the developer to make sure ids works with this version of OS X. ...

Default printer
In the previous version I could change my default printer in PC Online. Now with the new IDS client I don't see a way to do it. I would like everything to go to a pdf instead of directly to my printer.

Got an email from support explaining the slow response of the system. I am talking about the Contributions Report. Support says they were able to replicate the problem and they will fix it in the next maintenance release. That will be great, but until then I will have to deal with a report with wron...

Since upgrading to 11.5 this morning I have to wait between 15 and 30 seconds for screens to open. After posting my deposit I ran the FUNDS REPORT (Unposted Transactions) Any deposit with a designation shows up twice in the report. IDS and OSX Lion
It appears that the Mac IDS Client does not work with Lion. I click connect and after about 2 seconds it just closes. I have sent an email to support to see how long it will be until there is a fix.
