We just sent an email out to all our PowerChurch Online customers letting them know this very thing. When the fix does get released, it will almost certainly require a new client download, so we'll send out another email informing when that is ready.

There's a log for onebody that will give more information about what's happened. You'll find it in C:\ProgramData\PowerChurch\onebodysync.log

Attach that file to an email and send it to support@powerchurch.com, and we can take a look at it here to see what the problem may be.

I'm not able to recreate this issue. Try reinstalling the client software. There was an update recently to the installer to specifically fix a problem some folks were having with the document redirection files. Direct-to-printer is how the IDS client is *supposed* to work, and is the way it works by default in Windows. I'll test the print preview on the Mac and see if I get an error message or anything that I can pass on to the IDS guys.
