Transferring monies from one acct to another
Good afternoon, We are using Powerchurch 11.55. We recently closed our money market acct from one bank and opened at another bank for a higher percentage. My question is this: I transferred the monies to our checking acct and wrote a check to the new bank from our checking acct. My question is this ...

Re: Tracking Attendance
Hello Neil,
Thanks for your reply. We were looking for a way that we could record all attendance on Sundays (not by name), but by numbers and then we could get an average count for the month or year.

Good afternoon,
Has there been any updates regarding tracking attendance by number so that we can have an average of attendance?

Good afternoon, Our bank account was compromised, and I had made a payment using our debit card which I entered into powerchurch under manual checks. Since the payment was denied, and I had to make another payment, should I delete the old payment that was denied and make some note of it on the new p...

Re: Contributions Not Showing In Income & Expense
Good morning Neil, As always thank you for your support. I am able to run a report on that particular fund and see what has been contributed, it just does not show up when I run the Income and Expense report, which is what the bank seems more concerned with. I checked the Chart of Accounts and at on...

Contributions Not Showing In Income & Expense
Good afternoon, We are using version 11.55, we are in the process of preparing information for our mortgage loan renewal. Our income and expense statement did not show income in a certain category for years 2017, and only showed partial information for year 2016. What should I be looking for in the ...

Pastor's W2
Good morning, We are using Powerchurch 11.5 and I have a question about the Pastor's W2. We pay the social security for the Pastor and have it set up according to Powerchurch, should I go back and add the offset social security contribution into the salary, or is that amount already considered since...

Payroll
Good afternoon, My Pastor was just reviewing information for our conference and noticed that his salary seemed a little high for the year ending. In my research I noticed that on 6/10/2016 all employees show their salary with the same check number three times, rather than the normal one. We are usin...

Donations for Prayer Breakfast and Ads
Good afternoon, We are on version 11.55. We have our annual Prayer Breakfast for which tickets are sold (some people write checks and some give cash). How do I show this? I have names of who paid by checks, but not persons who gave cash. Can I just list it under Envelope 7000 (Loose Offering), and i...

Re: Help Report for Conference
Yes. I checked that to make sure that it was setup properly. It mirrors another account that we have in the Building Fund category.
