Re: Export Family Emails and Cell Phones
To include personal information you will need to export from the Personal Profiles section. Go to Membership -> Personal Profiles -> Other Output -> Export Data.
You will be able to include any household fields with the personal fields in the export.

Re: undo a credit memo
Hi Tammy, When you record a payment it will automatically pay off older invoices first. You can go override which invoices get paid and not apply the payment to the older invoice if that is what you want. The account statement shows a running balance of the account and does not show individual balan...

Re: ACH File does not meet bank requirements
Yes the file only has credit entries. This isn't really an accounting transaction where the debits and credits have to equal. My understanding is that normally debit entries are used when people are paying you with ACH transaction. For example a gym would use this to to automatically draft your memb...

Re: ACH File does not meet bank requirements
Do you use a different account to pay your employees? A debit entry would move money into your account from somewhere else.
If you can ask your bank for their file specifications and email it to support we would like to see what they require.

Re: Fund Balance Beginning of Year Adjustment
Neil, Can you send me the trial balance report for the whole 2015 year. I would like to take a look at it to double check things before making more specific recommendations.

Re: Fund Balance Beginning of Year Adjustment
OK It sounds like your funds are out of balance. Assets - Liabilities != fund balance in each fund. This can happen a couple of different ways. One is if you credit one fund and the debit is to another fund. Before version 9, you had to set manually set the fund balance during the setup. It was comm...

Re: Fund Balance Beginning of Year Adjustment
A couple of things to check.
Is the fund in balance? Run a trial balance report and look at the operating fund. At the end of the operating fund, is there a number or is it all zeros? If it is all zeros then the fund is in balance.

Re: Fund Balance Beginning of Year Adjustment
Sorry Neil, like Zorak mentioned I have been out and have been getting caught up. As far as adjusting the negative balance, the question is Operating Fund really negative? Has it spent more money than it has, or owes more money than it has assets to cover? If so then its fund balance will be negativ...

Re: Dec 8th 2015 MR Issues
@COL533 ACH transactions are processed at 3pm Central Time on business days. This year the 31st is a Thursday, so the last date a contributor can initiate an ACH transaction and get credit for it this year is December 30th. Technically if they went online the 31st before 3pm central they should get ...

Re: Dec 8th 2015 MR Issues
There is no clear guidance from the IRS on what is the donation date where ACH transactions are concerned. After several discussions with Vanco and other customers, we have decided to use the settlement date as the date of the donation, which is the date Vanco has always used for the donation date a...

The new versions of Word will now import PDF files. So the best option may be to use the PDF export from PowerChurch and open that in Word.
