Hey,
I accidentally put the equity account for love offerings in the debit spot on the contribution fund setup page. We just had a guest come through and now it shows a -373.00 in the Love Offering equity account when it should show a positive 373.00. How should I go about fixing this?

On the Accounting Fund Balances report there is a column for "Direct Transactions". Can anyone explain what this all includes? It is showing a -6031.89 on this report and I'm not sure what it is. These are transactions directly made against the Fund Balance in that Fund. Which Fund Account was this...

It is saying that the bank has $164.20 more than PowerChurch does.

It's ok. I am still stuck. I just went though it and I am $164.20 to balance. I never knew this would be this hard. This is insane. Any ideas? I've gone through the bank statement three times, checked each debit, check, and deposit. Everything is there.

I did. Then you told me that was incorrect and that I needed to enter the statement balance.

I spoke with Thomas from PowerChurch. He stated that the beginning balance was entered incorrectly. I entered the balance off of the statement, and not the book balance. He had me adjust the beginning balance and now I'm only off my $3.03.
