Zorak, This is great information. I think for simplest steps here will be that I tell our people not to run the updates on their laptops but only the person who sits at our Server machine. Thanks much.

Were using v12.2 12/29/21, Win 10 pro 1. Haven't checked this out but if I do a maintenance update from my desktop or any of our laptops, does it update the server machine as well? 2. Will each laptop still need to be updated too as well? I'm thinking that when someone runs the update I don't see it...

I've solved the problem. I saw a vertical ruler on the left edge so I adjusted each layout for 1" lower than the other.
The final tweak was adjusting the page header until the labels were accurate.

Maybe I'll have to just type in the years I want for in the title. I think I did one like that years ago but will have to relearn how to except text that I can put into the title.
