We are running PC+ v11.1 with Win 7. Our Prayerline has been working for years with very few problems. Pardon me Neil, but I went to the Knowledge Base and typed MACRO and got only one thing but it was irrelevant to macros.

OK, that seemed to work. Seems like someone else has done some macros too.

Get rid of the macros
I'm using v03/13/2018 PC+11 I'm trying to create a macro in the Membership section. when I start it and press Alt+m it does not bring down the Membership menu but it shows a box in the upper right corner saying "Macro suspended F12 to resume". I must have an old macro in there but want to delete it....

Neil, You nailed it on the head.
Just to let you know the mystery is solved. This member was forwarding from his comcast address to the yahoo address. Problem was that the yahoo was deleted a couple weeks ago and that's when the problem started.

Neil, I did notice that this single father's son also had his father's email address in his PP record. I doubt is that is as it should be so I deleted his son's email address. We'll run another mailing next Monday and we'll see if that will or won't correct the problem. I do have all the email with ...

Sudden Path Problems
With no changes to the server or the 2 laptops trying to log onto the server (one Sunday and one Monday), we received: The path"\\server\pcplus\PCPLUS11\" does not exist.

I unchecked and recheck the Advanced Options box in User Setup Options and then Ok. Today, I contacted our tech support company. They verified that our Google account is ok and were able to send a "test" under the File/Preferences/System Setup Options/Email tab. However, when I go backing ActSkills to send an email, it still gives me an error message. Thoughts on this new situation.

In regards to your question, I tried the "learn more at" link and it wasn't a link to anything specific, just Google's settings page.
