I have tried to open it as well and get the same error. I have verified the ss number on her application, and her I-9. Guess I will call support and see if they have an answer.

2020 Tax Table
Do we leave the withholding allowance (currently $4,300 for 2019 and prior) blank when entering the new 2020 W-4 tax table? I have read and re-read everything I can find on it and I can't see where it says specifics on that. Also, I set up completely new tables for the 2019 and prior rates not reali...

W-2 2019?
During 2019 we had some employee's receive back pay, a new code was created and the state wages box was not unmarked. This leaves the amount of backpay showing in box 16 under state wages and tax, we do not have state tax. How do I correct this?

Re: Variance Active pledge vs pledge rnage report
I found what happened, a member pledged a certain weekly amount and when the administrator entered the pledge for 2019 instead of entering the amount for the current year she typed in that weekly amount until 12/31/2021 (this is a date of another ongoing campaign). You cannot get beyond 2019 on the ...

Variance Active pledge vs pledge rnage report
Hi there, I am using PC 12 plus. I am running a report for the stewardship committee on pledge ranges, when I run the report my total pledge amount is different than my active pledge amount. I used fund 1 for both reports, my active pledge report shows $41,600 higher than my pledge range report for ...

Re: contribution using charitable donation
Ok, what about someone who had funds leftover from a campaign and was told they could donate to a 501c3? Can he use that donation to cover a music campaign pledge? And should that show on the statement?

contribution using charitable donation
I am really not sure the subject is clear but here goes. PC v12 here, 1. If we have a member that "pledges" to a fund or funds then pays that pledge with an investment company how do I count this as contributions, and have it show up as a pledged amount for each fund but not show on their contributi...

Re: Transfer of monies
yep, confused. The 1264 account is where the JE shows to debit the account and then to credit it to a 02-4332-332 projects income account. The transfer looks like it is between the FB 3332 and 3246 accounts. I will talk to our treasurer and see if he knows why it is this way. It is noted as a gain b...

Let's see if I can explain this, We have an account 02-1264 that is an investment account. Session has decided that June of each year we take 5% of the balance of this account and transfer it to property replacement 02-4314. When I run an activity report on each account I see conflicting procedures....

Re: tracking long term investment asset
Just so that I am clear on this. If I have an account with BB&T and I receive .21 interest I should enter a transaction deducting my BB&T account and crediting the 10% perpetual care account (the account Session has approved). I get this confused because it appears they have entered at contributions...

Re: Contribution not showing up on statements
well, the member didn't indicate which fund to put it on so the person entering contributions posted it to stewardship and the numbers matched a total contribution to said fund if that makes sense?
