If I have accounts set up to automatically give a certain percentage of contributions to another account is there a report I can run to show if this is actually working? Or better yet, show when it stopped working? We had someone "help" us and during the process sub accounts and accounts were change...

Re: Church Retreats
Digging deeper it appears that in the past all "donations" for trips, mom program etc have been entered as transactions and not contributions, since the previous person left they started entering them as contributions, is this messing up our contributions? It is being debited from the checking and c...

We have a separate fund 02-4206-206 account for this particular fund. When we receive the payment we have been inputting this as a contribution (since th...

For some reason I can't grasp when or why I should be voiding a check or reversing the transaction or does it matter? I am in version 12, have something coded to the incorrect account in a long list of accounts on one check. Do I void the check and enter a transaction or reverse the transaction and ...

Need to "Unvoid" a check.
Hi, I am off .80 and it is the banks error, they debited 108.02 from our checking account and the check amount is 108.82. In my mind I thought I could just delete the payroll check and enter a manual check but AFTER I deleted the payroll check I thought of all of the reasons I shouldn't have, I thin...

Re: Work Comp Audit
That is the report I printed, it does not show the insurance amounts withheld, I am assuming I can just look up any employee for them while they are here and they will be able to balance to the w's?

Gross Wages, Overtime Wages, and Severance (if any) for all employees during the audit period. The payroll for the audit period should be...
