System email settings truncates in Payroll
I had the same issue with emailing payroll stubs (not sure if it was the same error message or if that makes a difference), a number keeps dropping from our email setup options that I have to manually enter every time I send the paystubs. They couldn't answer why it wouldn't save the number in my pa...

Change of Payroll schedule
PC 12 user. Personnel is requesting that we change from our current pay schedule, 15th and EOM (24 pay periods) to every other week (26 pay periods). This will take some changes in pay dates as well. Currently I am set for the last paycheck to deposit 12/31/21 and the pay dates for that check is 12/...

Good morning, I have always emailed employee's paystubs from the payroll module. Last week I started getting an error reading: Error with authenticate: SMPT authentication failed after sending password. Check your username/password or your SMTP server's auth settings. The server responded with 535 i...

Find contribution
Is there a way I can find a specific dollar contribution and where the amounts were applied? I am searching for a $225.00 check from a member and it is not posted to his statement. We make copies of all checks and I am not locating the check anywhere. I did run a report from $224 - $225 and it shows...

Re: Import error from Securegive
Yes, it is the same CVS as well, we have been using SG for over 3 years and the same process. The persons name that is listed over and over has not ever given on SG and has not given in a few years even?

Import error from Securegive
Good morning, I am not sure if this is powerchurch or securegive issue but thought I would start here. I am trying to import last weeks contributions, I downloaded the file, when I open the excel file I see all the names and member numbers, amounts, etc. just like it should be. When I go to import t...

Re: revise 2020 w-2
No! I get it! I just didn't want to hold them up while I am waiting on the w2c's . 9 employee's overpaid and 12 we overpaid. Not sure what to do there. I'm guessing those that we overpaid won't have a problem?

Re: revise 2020 w-2
So yeah, not just ONE person, the boxed was checked all year and I have checked a couple and now am quite sure they are ALL like that. I did order some w2c's from the IRS website yesterday. Shouldn't they be able to file without a corrected w-2? and then file a correction for last year? I. AM. DEFEA...

Re: revise 2020 w-2
I haven't written the employee a check yet, that's the first thing I should do and mark it for 2020 payroll? Not sure what the SSA website is to input the W-2 info so obviously I will be doing it the hardest way. I have just done what they have done in the past here, and that's mailing..... Is the S...

Re: revise 2020 w-2
I also just noticed in the set up of the ss with-holdings that the employee part is checked to round up and the employer portion is not on the ss withheld. Should they both be one or the other? And if so, which is correct??? I am certain other folks have filed taxes but I am concerned that this may ...
