We are in the process of transitioning to a credit card. Something you said caught my attention. I have been entering the debit card transactions as direct transaction and not manual checks.

Unfortunately not. I have looked over everything and I'm clueless. On the top part for deposits I see several transactions that are in balance, but for some reason show up there. It's a DB from Fund 02 bank account and CR to "Transfer From Fund 01" That's only one half of the transaction, where's the other half 01-1110-000 CR $1000 - Checking 01-9100-000 DB $1000 - Transfer to other funds 02-1110-000 DB $1000 - Checking 02-9200-000 CR $1000 - Transfer from other accounts I ...

I checked the check register and nothing. When I did my setup you advised me to put everything into Fund 01 and then transfer it to the accounting fund it belonged to. I used transfer accounts for these transactions.

Yes I did. I don't see anything with that amount. OK ... jot down that amount, then click on the Postpone button. Then go into Funds Accounting run the Check Register report and look through that to see if anything matches. I realize this is your first reconciliation, but has the system been reconc...
