There is a WinXP update that kills Powerchurch when its served from a Win98 machine. My advice ... WinXP without all the fixes is a virus hive waiting to happen. I don't think so, I don't believe the AR function was intended to be a retail solution such as Quickbooks Retail POS.

That wouldn't work either. The data structures are very different between 8.5 and 9. Basically, you'd have to upgrade your data to v9 and give it to the other person to restore. Right now it's one person doing both, but the church is looking at having somebody else do payroll on one computer, while I do the rest of the accounting on a seperate computer.
