Contribution Reports

Post by woodman »

When printing statements for a particular fund with the option "Print statement only if a balance is due on a pledge", I get paid-up statements as well.

I'm new to this forum but it sure looks like a great thing.

Welcome ... I know you'll find alot of good information here, given by users of Powerchurch as well as the Powerchurch staff. If you look at the forum list, you'll see that there is a forum for each area of Powerchurch. There is one specifically for Contributions, so nextime if you have a question for that area, ask it there. In this way, anyone who may have the same problem as you, can find an answer easily.

That said, here's some advice.

It appears that you're printing from the Contributions Statement report. This report will print ALL contribution statements from everyone in the database.

The area you're referring to covers only the part of the report that displays the Pledge Information, if the pledge is paid up, this area will not print on the Contribution Statement. If the pledge is behind, it will print the pledge info.

If you're only looking to print a statement on past-due pledges, you should use the Pledge Statement report. It has an option that will allow you to only print past-due pledge statements.

Hope this helps.
