Yes, it's been down for at least 6 hours as far as I and others at my church can tell. The server is not responding to ping requests:

This is what i see on their website

------------------------------------------------------

ATTENTION: The PowerChurch offices are currently closed due to the natural disasters in and around Asheville, NC.

We are still unsure of the scale and the impact that will remain for our team, our office, and in-office support. We are dedicated to returning and providing support as soon as possible.

It does appear that our PowerChurch Online and EmpowerChMS servers might now be temporarily impacted by the power outages. We apologize for this and will do everything we can to restore those as soon as possible.

Currently the office and surrounding areas are without power, internet, cell coverage, and many roads and bridges are impassable.

Please be in prayer for our communities - as we also lift up our customers impacted as well. If you would like to leave a message, please email us or at michael@powerchurch.com .

Thanks for confirming. Has there been any notifications from PowerChurch regarding the outage?

Other than the website?? That is the notification ... you may get an email, but other than that, no.

I'm praying that the offices have not be flooded. They've had floods before, but this one is one of those 100 year floods.

This is usually the response if you're trying to log in and you've reached your max users.

However, with the server upgrade, it may show a need to update your client software.

In any case, if servers were down there would be an announcement in the topic.
