Hi,
I’m thinking about how to organise events for families, like group stays or retreats, with proper management of participants, kids, and different activities.
In these situations, what do you usually use to manage registrations and participant details? Especially when you’ve got different profiles (adults, children, specific needs, etc.).
I’m also wondering if there are tools that make it easy to track contributions or participation from each family, particularly when there are multiple payments or special arrangements involved.
Ideally, something structured enough to avoid mistakes, but not too heavy to manage on a day-to-day basis.

FWIW .. .Powerchurch is not setup for managing such issues, however, the Accounts Receivable module can be used to track payments made on trips etc, as you issue an invoice to the person, and can track payments on that invoice.Areolah wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2026 8:24 amHi,
