Can't print labels: HASTRACTORFEEDPRINTER error

I get the following error trying to print labels. Personal Profiles > Print Mailing Labels > Select Tagged > then Press OK. That's when I get the error. This error occurs no matter what user logs into Powerchurch, and this doesn't occur on other machines. I've tried uninstalling the PC client, deleting the Crystal and Seagate and folders, then re-running Netsetup. It had no effect. The computer is XP Pro joined to a Win2K3 domain. Current v10 maintenance release applied.

PROGRAM: HASTRACTORFEEDPRINTER
LINE: 4781
ERROR: 2027
MESSAGE: Declare DLL call caused an exception

I did. Evidently I'm out of support time which is why I tried the forum.
