Restoring files from a backup disk

I am using PCP V9. The last couple of times I tried to restore files from my back up disk to my computer I got this error message, "OLE error code 0X80040154 class net registered. OLE object is being ignored. Record number 16." Then you have the option to choose one of two boxes, OK or cancell. Can you tell from the error message what is going on?

It sounds like the system files that we use in the backup & restore processes have somehow come uninstalled or deleted.

To fix this, run the Netsetup9.exe program, which is located in the program directory (by default, C:\PowerChurch\PCPLUS9)

Find and run the Netsetup9 program, then click Next through all of the prompts until it is complete.

That should fix it!
