How big a difference is there in the user interface between these two versions.
My concern is the retraining of the users.

Here are some of the bigger UI differences:
Quick tasks which is a user customizable task list for the things they do most often.
PowerChurch Today, which shows quick information a user may want to know when PC+ starts like birthdays in the next 2 weeks, current balance of the checking account, etc.
Events module - New module for the room scheduling and calendar.
Other than that the changes were not massive rewrites of UI, so current users should not have a big shock switching from version 9 to 10.
